After a period of monitoring, on the morning of September 9, 2016, Market Management Team No. 4 of Nghe An inspected the kiosk of Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Chau in Hamlet 8, Quynh Hau Commune, confiscating 560 guns of various types; inspected the kiosk of Mr. Bui Duy Binh, Block 6, Cau Giat Town, confiscated 1,130 plastic guns and plastic swords, all originating from China.

The team destroyed a part on the spot, and brought the rest to the Market Management Department for destruction; At the same time, they imposed an administrative fine of 6 million VND on 2 kiosks. According to statistics, since the beginning of the year, Market Management Team No. 4 of Nghe An has inspected and seized more than 3,600 plastic guns and plastic swords, which are violent toys banned from sale in Quynh Luu and Hoang Mai districts.
