The Government has just issued Decree No. 175/2025/ND-CP dated June 30, 2025 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 10/2022/ND-CP dated January 15, 2022 of the Government regulating registration fees.

Nghe An: Registration fee collection reaches high level due to sharp increase in car purchases

(Baonghean.vn) - In the first 6 months of 2019, Nghe An collected 439.6 billion VND in registration fees, reaching nearly 60% of the estimate and increasing by 28.6% over the same period. According to the Department of Finance, the reason for the high revenue increase is due to the sharp increase in demand for cars in the province. According to the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council in 2019, the revenue from registration fees is 740 billion VND.
People in districts buying cars can pay registration fees in Vinh city.

(Baonghean.vn) - To facilitate taxpayers in Nghe An province, from November 1, 2018, Nghe An Tax Department will receive and process automobile registration fee declarations centrally at Vinh City Tax Department.
