People in districts buying cars can pay registration fees in Vinh city.
(Baonghean.vn) - To facilitate taxpayers in Nghe An province, from November 1, 2018, Nghe An Tax Department will receive and process automobile registration fee declarations centrally at Vinh City Tax Department.
Mr. Phan Van Viet - Head of Vinh City Tax Department said: For a long time, many people in the district bought cars in Vinh City but had to go to the district to pay the registration fee, then go back to Vinh to register for tax, vehicle inspection..., wasting time and effort.
Therefore, collecting LPTB in Vinh will create favorable conditions for people in trading, buying, selling, owning... cars.

Accordingly, Vinh City Tax Department receives and processes automobile registration declaration dossiers of organizations and individuals with headquarters and registered residence in districts and towns but wishing to declare and pay automobile registration in Vinh City; at the same time, issue notices of automobile registration payment and tax payment lists on behalf of the Tax Department where the organizations and individuals have headquarters and registered residence.
Organizations and individuals can choose to declare car registration fees at the Tax Department where they are headquartered or have their household registration, or declare car registration fees at the Vinh City Tax Department without affecting the revenue of districts and towns.

Every year, Vinh city collects about 250 billion VND in LPTB. Currently, there are about 52,000 cars of all kinds in Vinh city.
It is expected that when cars are registered in Vinh, the city will collect about 300 billion VND in registration fees.
