According to Grigory Karasin, the Russian side was forced to observe the elections in Ukraine from afar, based on Ukrainian media reports and reports from international observers.
“The information released eloquently demonstrates the violations I mentioned,” said Mr. Karasin.
Mr. Karasin added that among the violations was the manipulation of the electoral list, including "dead souls" on it.
He also said that Russia would not send observers to the second round of elections in Ukraine.
