“To put it briefly, or more fairly, these are the words of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, it should be noted that the United States has firmly embarked on the process of rebuilding the world according to the American model,” Mr. Grushko said at the Primakov Readings forum.
He commented: If we talk about the largest military-political organization, founded in 1949, NATO, today the alliance is trying to impose on Europeans a false military-political agenda, based on the “mythologization” of the threat from the East. This has nothing to do with the real security needs in Europe.
