Prime Minister appoints Deputy Minister of Public Security
In Decision 668/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Tran Quoc To, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the 14th National Assembly Delegation of Thai Nguyen province to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Public Security.

Mr. Tran Quoc To was born in 1962 in Ninh Binh province. Mr. Tran Quoc To has held the following positions: Deputy Director General of the General Department of Crime Prevention and Control, Ministry of Public Security; Deputy Head of the Investigation Police Department, Ministry of Public Security; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee; Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the 14th National Assembly Delegation of Thai Nguyen province.
