Prime Minister reappoints 4 deputy ministers

The Prime Minister has just signed decisions to reappoint four deputy ministers, including three Deputy Ministers of Industry and Trade and one Deputy Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

Specifically, the Prime Minister reappointed three Deputy Ministers of Industry and Trade: Ms. Ho Thi Kim Thoa, Mr. Tran Quoc Khanh and Mr. Tran Tuan Anh.

Ms. Thoa was born on June 1, 1960 in Nghe An, but she currently lives and works in District 11, Ho Chi Minh City. She has a master's degree in economics. Before being appointed Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, she held the position of Chairwoman and General Director of Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company.

Mr. Tran Quoc Khanh was appointed Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade from September 24, 2010. Previously, he was Director of the Multilateral Trade Policy Department, Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Mr. Tran Tuan Anh, with a doctorate degree, is currently Party Secretary, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, directly in charge of export, import and trade services; bilateral relations, market development and issues related to handling trade disputes and anti-dumping and anti-subsidy abroad for Vietnamese goods in the Americas.

The Prime Minister also reappointed Mr. Doan Mau Diep to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

Mr. Doan Mau Hiep was transferred and appointed as Deputy Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs from November 9, 2010. Before being appointed as Deputy Minister, Mr. Hiep was Deputy Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee.
