Prime Minister encourages Vietnam Olympic team to "not be discouraged by defeat" and strive to win Bronze medal
After the men's football semi-final match between the Vietnam Olympic team and South Korea ended on the afternoon of August 29, last night, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc sent words of encouragement to the Olympic team players with the hope that the young players "will not be discouraged by defeat", will strive to compete in the next match with the highest determination, and win the Bronze medal.

The Prime Minister praised the fighting spirit of the Vietnam Olympic team in the semi-final match against the Korean team yesterday afternoon. During the match, the players tried their best against the reigning ASIAD champion Korea, scoring a beautiful goal.
In his words of encouragement to the players, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc encouraged the resilient fighting spirit of the players and coaches of the Olympic Team for the sake of the flag.
The Prime Minister hopes that the young players will "not be discouraged by defeat", focus on recovering their strength to compete in the next match with the highest determination, win the Bronze medal, and satisfy the expectations of the home fans.
The Prime Minister also sent general encouragement to the athletes and coaches of the Vietnamese Sports Delegation in general who are participating in the ASIAD in Indonesia.
The Prime Minister commended and praised the athletes of the Vietnamese Sports Delegation for their efforts in competing to win Gold, Silver and Bronze medals, bringing glory to Vietnamese sports.
