Prime Minister sends letter praising achievement in arresting suspect in serious crime case in Uong Bi
Upon receiving news that the authorities had arrested suspect Doan Trung Dung in the serious crime that caused the deaths of four grandmothers and grandchildren in Uong Bi, Quang Ninh, on September 26, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc sent a letter of commendation to the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Committee and the Quang Ninh Provincial Police.

On September 24, 2016, in Trung Vuong ward, Uong Bi city, Quang Ninh province, a particularly serious case occurred, killing 4 people in a family.
Under the timely and drastic direction of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, professional units of the General Department of Police, local police and functional forces promptly prosecuted, focused on investigating and arrested suspect Doan Trung Dung.
On behalf of the Government, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc acknowledged, highly appreciated and commended the outstanding achievements of the above-mentioned functional forces, especially the Working Group of the Ministry of Public Security led by Deputy Minister Le Quy Vuong who directly went to Quang Ninh to direct the project. This achievement significantly contributed to the fight against crime, ensuring a peaceful life for the people, and enhancing the image of the People's Public Security soldiers on the front line of protecting national security.
