Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attends and co-chairs important events at the United Nations Ocean Conference
On June 9, in Nice, France, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended important activities within the framework of the 3rd United Nations Ocean Summit (UNOC 3).

Attending with the Prime Minister were Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son and members of the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation.
On the morning of June 9 (afternoon of the same day Hanoi time), Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the opening session of the UNOC 3 Conference.

At noon on the same day, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will co-chair with the President of Iraq and the President of Colombia and speak at the World Delta Summit with senior leaders.
On the same afternoon, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh is expected to speak on behalf of 10 ASEAN member countries and as a national representative at the 3rd United Nations Ocean Conference Plenary Session.
On the same evening, the Prime Minister will witness the signing ceremony of the Agreement on the Conservation and Sustainable Use of Marine Biodiversity Beyond National Jurisdiction organized by the United Nations Legal Office.
On this occasion, the Prime Minister had bilateral meetings with leaders of countries and international organizations attending the UNOC 3 Conference.
Previously, on the afternoon of June 8, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and senior leaders of other countries attended the opening ceremony of the Whale building at the Nice Convention Center and a science exhibition, visiting booths displaying marine science works and products.

Later that evening, French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife held a solemn reception to welcome Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his wife, along with senior leaders of countries attending the UNOC 3 Conference.
