Regarding the State Bank, the Prime Minister requested that credit institutions ensure that the automatic teller machine (ATM) system operates safely and smoothly, and continue to implement measures to manage and use small denominations and coins reasonably and economically during Tet.
The Directive also clearly states that agencies in the State administrative system at all levels thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the Prime Minister's direction not to congratulate or give gifts to leaders, and request localities not to return to Hanoi to congratulate the Government, ministries and branches on Tet.
Immediately after the Tet holiday, agencies, organizations and units urgently focus on work, not allowing delays to affect production and business activities.
