Staying up late and sitting a lot can cause cancer
Even if you don't smoke and do your best to avoid the sun, many everyday habits can still put you at risk for cancer.

Cell phone in bra
Dr. Devra Davis (USA) has recorded 7 cases of young women with breast cancer who had the habit of putting their cell phones in their bras for 10 years. Not only women, men who put their cell phones in their breast pockets are also at risk of getting cancer.
To protect yourself, keep your phone in a holster. Turn it off when not in use. Be cautious in areas with poor signal strength. Cell phones are programmed to emit more radiation when the signal strength is poor.
If you find a red rash on your chest that does not go away, you should see a doctor.

Sitting too much
You've forgotten the importance of daily exercise. "Physical activity reduces the risk of colorectal cancer, postmenopausal breast cancer, and endometrial cancer. Studies are also showing that people who are sedentary tend to have an increased risk of inflammation," says Alice G. Bender, associate director of nutrition programs at the American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR).
A study recently published in the journal of the US National Cancer Institute shows that people who sit a lot have a high risk of three types of cancer including colon, endometrial, and lung.
What you may not realize is that getting 30 to 60 minutes of exercise a day won't reduce your cancer risk if you then sit the rest of the time. "You should always be moving, taking breaks, walking... anything so you're not just sitting and sitting for long periods of time," says Bender.
Regular physical activity helps you create a healthy environment in your body.
Use of talcum powder
Several studies have reported an association between the use of talc-containing products in certain female organs (especially the gynecological area) and the risk of ovarian cancer.
Talcum powder also increases the risk of endometrial cancer, especially in postmenopausal women. Women who use talcum powder-containing products once a week have a 24% higher risk of endometrial cancer than those who do not use them.
Oral sex
Most people rolled their eyes when Michael Douglas revealed that he thought he got throat cancer from oral sex. And this is no exaggeration.
Research shows that the increase in the rate of oropharyngeal cancer in the US since 1984 is due to people getting HPV from oral sex.

Night work
A 2013 study published in the British Medical Journal found that working nights increases the risk of breast cancer. Of the 2,300 women in the study, some worked night shifts and some did not.
The results showed that people who work at night have twice the risk of getting cancer than normal people. Sleep disorders, disrupted biological rhythms, vitamin D deficiency, and lifestyle differences... may be factors causing the disease.
Sugary drinks
This drink increases the risk of endometrial cancer. "High insulin levels help create a favorable environment for endometrial cancer cells to grow," says Bender.
Additionally, sugary drinks promote obesity, increase the risk of colorectal cancer, postmenopausal breast cancer, and affect the kidney, pancreas, gallbladder, and ovarian cancers.
Alcoholic beverages
This type of beverage increases the risk of colorectal, breast, pharyngeal, laryngeal, and liver cancers.
Alcohol also increases excess body fat, leading to obesity and various cancers. And remember, there is no difference in the effects of wine, beer and spirits.
