Better perform functions and tasks in state management of religion

In the first 6 months of the year, the state management of beliefs and religions achieved outstanding results in the fields of advising on policy formulation and implementation; propagating the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State; and inspecting, examining, resolving complaints and denunciations, and handling violations of the law on beliefs and religions.

All levels and sectors continue to coordinate closely, promote propaganda and dissemination work in many forms, methods, and diverse subjects. Organize conferences to propagate and disseminate policies and laws on beliefs and religions to dignitaries, officials, and typical Buddhist followers, with more than 200 participants. Propaganda and mobilize dignitaries, officials, monks, and heads of religious organizations to participate in security and defense knowledge training courses.

Party committees and authorities at all levels pay attention to and regularly guide religious organizations, affiliated religious organizations, and religious establishments to comply with the law in religious activities. Carry out administrative procedures, issue documents guiding the construction and implementation of civilized lifestyles, ensure security, order, and environmental landscape; continue to review and handle problems arising in management work.

Campaigns and emulation movements among religious compatriots have been widely deployed, with increasingly high quality and have been supported and participated by a large number of dignitaries, officials and followers. Models such as "Connecting love between non-religious and religious people", "Peaceful parishes and religious groups"... continue to receive attention from all levels and sectors, strengthening and expanding advanced models and examples. From there, contributing to building and consolidating the great solidarity bloc, developing the economy and creating a spreading effect in the community.

At the conference, representatives of departments, branches and localities gave their opinions on the following issues: The work of grasping the situation and advising on handling illegal activities that complicate security and order related to religion; the situation and management of illegal proselytizing activities in border areas; the state management of religious establishments and religious establishments that are ranked relics...

Concluding the conference, comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved in the state management of beliefs and religions. At the same time, he requested that in the coming time, provincial and local departments and branches focus on better performing their functions and tasks in the state management of religions, and strengthen dialogue to resolve difficulties and problems.
