Rent a car to transport stolen cows to sell
A cow thief hired a car to transport the stolen property to Vinh Long to sell, but was discovered and arrested.

On November 29, Vinh Long Provincial Police announced that they had just arrested Nguyen Thanh Loi (27 years old, residing in Ma Lam town, Ham Thuan Bac district, Binh Thuan province) for theft. Loi had rented a car to transport the stolen property over 400km.
Previously, Loi stole 2 beef cows in Ma Lam town, Ham Thuan Bac district, Binh Thuan province and rented a truck for 3 million VND to transport them from the above location to Vinh Long province for sale. However, during the transportation, 1 cow escaped and ran away, leaving only 1 cow on the truck.
The two truck drivers said that during the transportation, they discovered that Loi was acting suspiciously, so they discussed taking Loi to the police station to report the incident. At around 7:30 p.m. on November 28, when they arrived in Vinh Long province, the driver drove the car into the gate of the provincial police headquarters and asked for help from the police force, which led to Loi's arrest.

During the investigation, Loi confessed that the property was stolen and that he intended to transport it to Vinh Long province for sale when he was discovered and arrested. Loi has two previous convictions for robbery and intentional injury.
Currently, the police have handed Loi over to the Ham Thuan Bac District Police, Binh Thuan Province to continue investigating and handling according to regulations.
