Whose actions does the Russia-US summit depend on?
The Russia-US summit has been proposed to take place in a European country, but the two sides have not yet made a choice.
On April 14, Russian Presidential Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said that the Russia-US Summit between President Vladimir Putin and his US counterpart Joe Biden will depend on the "upcoming" steps of the US - referring to US sanctions against Russia.
