Continue to promote the patriotic emulation movement in the Internal Affairs - Armed Forces Bloc

Attending the conference were representatives of the provincial Emulation and Reward Board; leaders of units in the Internal Affairs Emulation Bloc - Nghe An Provincial Armed Forces including 8 units: Provincial Military Command, Provincial Police, Provincial Border Guard, Department of Justice, Provincial People's Procuracy, Provincial People's Court, Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement and Provincial Inspectorate.

In the first 6 months of 2024, emulation movements launched by ministries, branches and the Provincial People's Committee have been implemented with interest by members of the emulation bloc with many practical and suitable forms, goals and contents; focusing on the grassroots and direct workers, closely following the key tasks, weak links and difficult tasks to organize and implement, contributing to creating motivation for collectives and individuals to strive to overcome difficulties, complete and ensure the quality and progress of tasks according to the proposed programs and plans and many unexpected and arising tasks assigned by ministries, branches and the Provincial People's Committee.

The commendation work of members in the emulation bloc is maintained regularly, systematically, publicly, transparently, effectively, meeting the requirements of political tasks, promptly recognizing and encouraging collectives and individuals in performing professional tasks.

In 6 months, specifically, the Provincial Border Guard had 26 groups and 58 individuals achieving outstanding achievements, receiving commendations from all levels and sectors; the Provincial Police had 260 groups and 876 individuals receiving commendations from all levels...

It is worth mentioning that on February 7, 2024, the President signed a Decision to confer the title "Hero of the People's Armed Forces" on the Provincial Police Department.

At the preliminary conference, representatives of leaders of units in the Internal Affairs - Armed Forces Emulation Bloc of the province had many comments contributing to the patriotic emulation movement in the bloc, as well as shortcomings and limitations that need attention in the coming time.

Regarding the direction, tasks and solutions for implementing emulation and reward work in the last 6 months of the year, the Internal Affairs Emulation Bloc - Provincial Armed Forces focuses on key tasks: Continuing to launch a widespread patriotic emulation movement associated with promoting "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" and implementing the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025, contributing to the excellent completion of the goals, targets, tasks and working solutions set by the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee and ministries and branches in 2024.
