Exchange and honor 30 advanced models in the emulation movement to win the armed forces of Nghe An province in the period 2019-2024
Within the framework of the program, Nghe An province commended and honored 30 individuals and collectives with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement to win the provincial armed forces in the period 2019-2024.
On the evening of July 1, in Vinh city, the People's Committee of Nghe An province organized an exchange program to honor typical examples of the emulation movement to win the armed forces of Nghe An province in the period 2019 - 2024.
Attending the exchange program were Colonel Pham Van Dong - Deputy Chief of Politics of Military Region 4; leaders of the Logistics Department, Political Department (Military Region 4); leaders of the Military Commands of Thanh Hoa, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri and Thua Thien Hue provinces.
On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrades: Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Colonel Le Nhu Cuong - Political Commissar of the Nghe An Provincial Border Guard Command; representatives of leaders of departments, branches and sectors in the province.
On the side of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command, there were comrades: Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong - Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; leaders of the Military Commands of 21 districts, cities and towns in the province, Regiment 764, the Mat Island Mixed Battalion and the Ngu Island Mixed Company.
Over the past 5 years (2019-2024), the emulation movement to win of the provincial armed forces has developed comprehensively, with many innovations, achieving solid results. Emulation, reward work and the emulation movement to win have created strong changes in all areas of activity, motivating officers and soldiers to strive to excel and excellently complete all tasks.
Through the implementation of the movement, more and more typical and advanced collectives and individuals have appeared, and there are no more weak units in the province. Thanks to that, the provincial armed forces have always successfully completed the set goals and emulation targets; creating favorable conditions for socio-economic development and strengthening local defense and security.
Within the framework of the program, Nghe An province commended and honored 30 individuals and collectives with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement to win the provincial armed forces in the period 2019-2024. Accordingly, 15 collectives and 15 individuals of the provincial armed forces received the Honor Board from the Provincial People's Committee.
Collectives receiving the Honorary Certificate include: Staff Department, Political Department (Nghe An Provincial Military Command); Military Commands of districts: Yen Thanh, Que Phong, Nghi Loc, Anh Son, Quy Hop, Nghia Dan; Military Commands of communes, wards and towns: Thanh Tien commune (Thanh Chuong district), Tien Phong commune (Que Phong district), Hung Loi commune (Hung Nguyen district), Chieu Luu commune (Ky Son district), Khanh Thanh commune (Yen Thanh district), Do Luong town (Do Luong district), Hung Dung ward (Vinh city).
The individuals receiving the Honor Board include: Colonel Pham Dinh Trung - Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; Colonel Le Anh Tuan - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Khanh Dien - Deputy Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Phuong - Head of the Military Force Department of the Provincial Military Command;Lieutenant Colonel Dau Hong Tham - Commander of Thanh Chuong District Military Command; Lieutenant Colonel Le Xuan Quynh - Commander of Hoang Mai Town Military Command; Major Dang Quang Ngoc - Militia Assistant, Yen Thanh District Military Command; Major Ho Sy Bang - Finance Officer, Do Luong District Military Command; Major Phan Chi Thang - Engineering Company, Staff Department, Provincial Military Command;
Mr. Ngan Van Hoi - Commander of the Military Command of Tien Phong Commune (Que Phong); Nguyen Huu Trung - Commander of the Military Command of Do Luong Town; Vi Van Hieu - Commander of the Military Command of Chieu Luu Commune (Ky Son); Nguyen Van Dan - Commander of the Military Command of Thanh Linh Commune (Thanh Chuong); Thai Ba Cong - Commander of the Military Command of Dien Phu Commune (Dien Chau); Nguyen Chau Son - Commander of the Military Command of Tan Hop Commune (Tan Ky).
Also at the Program, the delegates had the opportunity to interact with advanced models in the emulation movement to win of the provincial armed forces in the period of 2019-2024 with the content of the emulation movement to successfully complete military and defense tasks, contributing to building a strong national defense in Nghe An province; enjoy special performances by the actors of the Military Region 4 Art Troupe./.
