Continue to build Nghe An province's defense zone increasingly solid

This afternoon (September 11), the working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee led by comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee inspected the construction of a number of projects in the provincial defense area in the period of 2016 - 2021.

Working with the delegation on the side of the Provincial Military Command were Colonel Tran Van Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Lieutenant Colonel Thai Duc Hanh - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command.

From 2016 to present, the Provincial Military Command has advised the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to effectively carry out military, national defense and security tasks; Build a solid defense area in the new situation; Deploy planning to build a system of combat works, especially the coastal combat works system, the rear bases of the province and district, ensuring the right progress, quality and technical construction.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: In order to strengthen the province's defense and security potential, the Ministry of Military Command needs to continue advising the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to build, repair and consolidate the defense zone system, build combat works and defense zones.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also said that the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee need to have specific solutions on planning national defense land and ensuring the budget for military, defense and security tasks in the coming time.
