Last year, Tam and I performed together in a show in Quy Nhon. After Tam stepped off the stage, I asked her, it seemed like her voice was different. My Tam told me that she had a cough and had been treated for a while but it had not improved.
I immediately said that if the disease was not cured after a period of treatment, then the vocal cords would definitely be weakened. So I introduced My Tam to a familiar doctor in Hanoi. After that, My Tam flew to Hanoi for treatment and the condition of her vocal cords gradually improved positively" - Trong Tan said.
According to singer Trong Tan, vocal cord weakening is a normal condition for singers because they have to use their vocal cords more often than others. Tam's situation is not a big deal, just practice singing lighter or extend the recording time. This does not affect health or the quality of the music product.
