The Party Charter Subcommittee of the 13th National Congress held its eighth session.

On September 19, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, the SubcommitteeParty CharterThe 13th Congress held its 8th session, giving opinions on the draft report summarizing Party building work and implementing the Party Charter during the 12th Congress term.

Through the synthesis of opinions, it can be seen that the work of Party building and rectification continues to be highly appreciated and its role, position and importance are affirmed in the current situation; receiving the attention and care not only of cadres and Party members but also of all classes of people. The contributions of Party committees, Party organizations, Party congresses at all levels recently and of scientists to the Report demonstrate responsibility, enthusiasm and a high spirit of construction; basically agreeing with the assessments of the results achieved, frankly pointing out the limitations, shortcomings and causes, especially subjective causes, while contributing many new contents, tasks and solutions.

The Subcommittee agreed to seriously accept the valid and convincing opinions and continue to improve them to report to competent authorities.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Pham Minh Chinh emphasized: “The Standing Committee of the Subcommittee needs to carefully study, filter, and absorb as much as possible the dedicated and accurate comments, and continue to perfect the Draft Report with the highest possible quality, to report to competent authorities for consideration and decision. With the viewpoint: The Draft Report summarizing the Party building work and the implementation of the Party Charter during the 12th Congress term is both the basis and deepens and highlights the Political Report - the center; fully, objectively, honestly and comprehensively reflects the "Party's will and the people's heart" in the work of Party building and rectification; has both strategic key tasks and breakthrough solutions; and builds guidelines and policies until 2025, directions until 2030 and vision until 2045”./.
