Some goods that were not damaged by water were carefully cleaned by traders for further sale. Ms. Le Thi Ninh, a trader on the west side of the market hall, said: "After the record flood, we have raised our vigilance when there is bad weather. Currently, everyone has gathered each other's phone numbers to contact and inform each other when there is flooding or heavy rain, so that we can transport together to "save" the goods." Mr. To Thanh Nhan - Head of Vinh Market Management Board said: In the past 2 days, trading activities at Vinh Market have gradually stabilized. People and the market management board have worked together to clean up, and assigned 15 people to be on duty every night to increase vigilance.
