TikToker fined for calling for support for Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang
Le Van Phung, 32 years old, was fined 4 million VND for posting a TikTok calling for protests in support of Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang.

After Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang was arrested, on the evening of March 26, Phung used the accountTikTok@phunguniexportposted a video calling for a protest in front of the gate of Dai Nam Tourist Area (owned by Ms. Hang and her husband) in Hiep An ward, Thu Dau Mot city, to support the defendant.
Working with the security investigation agency, Phung admitted that his actions were aimed at gaining likes and views. He removed the video, said he was aware of his wrongdoings, and pledged not to repeat the offense.
