On the afternoon of November 27, the working group of Quynh Luu District Police discovered a child lost at the foot of the Cau Giat town overpass. The working group took the child to the district police headquarters. The child said his name was Dan, when he got lost he was wearing a black and white jacket, blue jeans, and yellow plastic sandals. Upon questioning, the child only remembered that he was the son of Tam's father and Hoc's mother, but his parents had passed away and he was now living with his grandparents, Khoa and Tuyen. He said he had been lost from home for 2 weeks.
