"Volunteerism" will be the highlight of Nghe An youth in 2019
(Baonghean.vn) - That was the message raised by Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Pham Tuan Vinh at the Ceremony to celebrate the 88th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, awarding the Outstanding Youth Award and the Ly Tu Trong Award in 2019, which took place on the evening of March 25 in Vinh City.

In his commemorative speech, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Pham Tuan Vinh reviewed the glorious tradition of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and emphasized that with the attention and direct leadership of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, through the periods, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Nghe An youth have gradually developed and made many worthy contributions to the cause of building the homeland and the country.

Together with the youth of the whole country, Nghe An Youth Union members and youth have carried out many activities and movements with increasingly diverse forms, suitable for each target, attracting and gathering many Youth Union members and youth to participate. From those movements, many typical examples of proactiveness, overcoming difficulties, creativity in innovating the content and methods of the Union's activities, expanding the front of solidarity to gather youth, and building a strong Union organization have emerged.

In 2019, with the theme "Year of Youth Volunteers", Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Pham Tuan Vinh emphasized that "Volunteerism" will be the highlight of Nghe An youth, to affirm the pioneering and exemplary nature of youth union members. From there, the Youth Union at all levels focused on implementing many movements and activities, promoting the bravery of the young generation in many fields.
"The growth and maturity of the Youth Union and Youth Union cadres is a vivid reflection and a great determinant of the quality and effectiveness of the Youth Union and youth movement. Therefore, it requires all levels of the Youth Union to always ponder and consider this as a driving force in the work, a measure of the results of implementation through each activity, each program, each assigned work area."
