In November 2021, the Vietnam Association of Science and Technology for Enterprise Development issued Document No. 25-2021/TB-LHKH certifying the TNR Stars Dien Chau real estate product brand as "Top 10 Quality Real Estate Product Brands, Prestigious Brands in 2021". This is an annual program to recognize sustainable development brands with quality products and services voted by Vietnamese consumers.

Throughout the implementation process, Dien Chau has strived to build criteria for urban space development, prioritizing quality housing projects to renovate, upgrade, and change the urban appearance in a synchronous, civilized, and modern direction, thereby contributing to social security.
