Speaking at the seminar, comrade Chu Ba Long - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies expressed his deep gratitude to the heroes, martyrs, wounded soldiers, and sick soldiers who sacrificed and devoted their blood to preserve national independence and sovereignty.
