Evening of May 15: Record 131 Covid-19 cases recorded
(Baonghean.vn) - Bac Giang is the locality that has recorded the highest number of Covid-19 patients with 85 cases. These people are related to the outbreak at Hosiden Company and Quang Chau Industrial Park.
The Ministry of Health on the afternoon of May 15 recorded 131 positive cases of nCoV, of which 129 cases were recorded domestically and 2 cases were quarantined immediately after entering the country.
Provinces and cities with additional Covid-19 cases are Bac Giang (85), Tan Trieu K Hospital (13), Bac Ninh (16), Da Nang (8), Vinh Phuc (4), Lang Son (2), Nam Dinh (1).
Tan Trieu K Hospital has 13 more people infected with Covid-19 including 4 medical staff and 9 patients. These people were quarantined at the hospital before.
Patients in Da Nang, Bac Ninh, Nam Dinh, Vinh Phuc, and Lang Son are all F1 of Covid-19 patients and have been quarantined.

In addition, the Ministry of Health said that 2 people infected with Covid-19 after returning from Malaysia and Japan were immediately quarantined in Vinh Long (1) and Quang Ninh (1) provinces.
According to the Vietnam Public Health Emergency Operations Center, the world has recorded more than 162 million Covid-19 cases, of which more than 3.3 million people have died. The US ranks first in the number of cases, followed by India and Brazil.
