General Department II - Ministry of National Defense gives gifts, medical examinations and medicine to the poor in Ky Son
(Baonghean.vn) - On May 31, the working delegation of General Department II - Ministry of National Defense led by Major General Phan Sy Minh - Standing Member of the Party Committee, Deputy Director General visited, presented gifts, provided free medical examinations, medicine and health consultation to the people of Pha Danh commune, Ky Son border district.
Accompanying the delegation were comrade Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, representatives of the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee and Ky Son district.

On this occasion, the delegation presented 8 gifts to policy families, 100 gifts to poor households (each worth 500,000 VND); presented 1 infrared projector to the Commune Health Station, 1 projector to the Commune People's Committee and presented supplies, toys, and books to the Commune's Kindergarten and Secondary School.
The working group also organized medical examinations, provided free medicine and health consultations for more than 400 people in Pha Danh commune.
