Hanoi has just issued a warning about possible flooding at more than 30 locations in the inner city. Along with that, the risk of thunderstorms, tornadoes, lightning and flooding continues in the next few hours, forcing the authorities to advise people to proactively take preventive measures.
According to information from the Hanoi City Electronic Information Portal, the impact of storm No. 10 (Bualoi) caused heavy rain on the morning of September 30. Notably, the rain occurred right at rush hour in many central areas, causing prolonged traffic congestion.
The rapid accumulation of water also increases the risk of flooding on many roads, threatening people's travel and daily activities.
