Over the past 10 years, with the advice and guidance of the Public Security Forces, the Fatherland Front and member organizations at all levels, the movement "All people protect national security" associated with other campaigns and emulation movements has brought about positive results. Through implementation, the great national unity bloc has been strengthened, grassroots democracy has been promoted, creating positive changes in awareness and implementation of citizens' rights and obligations in ensuring security and order and building the movement "All people protect national security" at the grassroots level.

Cadres, party members, union members, mass organizations, social organizations, sectors, levels and people actively participate in the work of maintaining security, order and protecting national security. Affirming the role and responsibility of the Fatherland Front Committee and the police force at all levels in the work of propagating and mobilizing people to participate in preventing and fighting crimes and social evils, contributing to maintaining political security, order and social safety from the grassroots.

All levels, sectors, organizations and people have inspired, educated and helped many offenders reintegrate into the community; built many advanced models and examples in crime prevention and control, which have had a widespread effect and have been promptly commended and rewarded...

Member organizations of the Fatherland Front Committee promote the movement "All people protect national security" in conjunction with the implementation of political tasks, emulation movements, and campaigns, such as: Women's Union with the campaign "Building a family of 5 no's, 3 clean's", "For the love of borders and islands"; Youth Union with the movement "Volunteer shock to develop socio-economy and protect the Fatherland", "Accompanying young people in establishing a career" and the model "Friends helping friends"; Association of the Elderly with the campaign "Old age is a shining example"; Provincial Labor Federation with the model "Self-managed workers' group", "Say no to drugs, social evils"... Thereby, raising awareness and responsibility of the masses in the task of developing the economy, culture, society, ensuring national defense and security in the locality.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee congratulated and commended the achievements of the Provincial Police and the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in building the movement "All people protect national security". The results of this work have significantly contributed to the socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security for the province.

Promoting the achieved results, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Police and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and member organizations to strengthen synchronous and close coordination in ensuring security, order and the movement "All people protect national security" in the area; effectively carry out the work of building typical communes, wards and towns in protecting national security. Strive to bring Nghe An out of the key complex areas of security and order in the country by 2030.

Comrade Le Hong Vinh suggested that the Fatherland Front Committee and social organizations replicate effective models and movements; continue to innovate the form, content, and measures of propaganda and mobilize people to participate in the movement "All people protect national security"; build a solid people's position, contributing to ensuring security and order in the province.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Police to continue to advise and effectively implement the promotion of building a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, and modern Nghe An Police force to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation. At the same time, review, advise, and perfect the steering committees on ensuring security and order, including the steering committee for preventing and combating social evils and the entire people protecting national security. Strengthen coordination, seek the participation of the Fatherland Front and organizations to promptly resolve outstanding incidents occurring at the grassroots level, and prevent hot spots from arising.

Comrade Le Hong Vinh hopes that Nghe An Police will further promote social security movements and programs, and support disadvantaged areas in the province. Especially the work of supporting the construction of houses for the poor that the Ministry of Public Security and Nghe An Police are implementing.
