At the end of the 2015-2016 school year, the country had 482 vocational training institutions. In general, the network and scale of vocational education schools nationwide have developed steadily; Training is organized according to the competency approach; Opening training majors is carried out seriously; In particular, international cooperation has improved a lot in experience exchange, technical support, cooperation in training programs, training and fostering, etc.

In the 2015-2016 school year, vocational education has achieved some remarkable achievements, continuing to improve the quality and effectiveness of training, contributing to meeting the requirements of training intermediate human resources in the socio-economic development of the country. In Nghe An province alone, attention has been paid to career guidance and orientation.
