The head of state noted that Russians work in different conditions: in the sky, under water, underground. Putin expressed that as president, he should go to places where people work and see everything with his own eyes.
“To better understand the value of what many people give to life,” Putin explained after diving to the bottom of the Gulf of Finland in a small submarine. The Russian president also added that there are many problems on Earth. “To have fewer problems, it is necessary to go up high and dive underwater,” the Russian leader concluded.
