President Putin announced partial general mobilization in Russia
(Baonghean.vn) - Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a partial general mobilization of the country. He announced this decision in an urgent message to the people of the country.
The head of state made it clear that the general mobilization will partly involve law enforcement officers, as well as former military personnel.

President Putin stated: “Only citizens who are in the reserve and, above all, those who have served in the Armed Forces, have certain military specialties and relevant experience, are subject to military service. Those who are called up for military service will undergo additional military training without fail, taking into account the experience of a special military operation, before being sent to the units.”
In addition, President Putin accused the West of engaging in a nuclear blackmail campaign against Russia, but asserted that the country "has plenty of weapons" to respond to "the threat from the West".
Mr. Putin said Kiev had openly refused to resolve the conflict in Donbass and made a request to receive nuclear weapons, so an attack on the Crimean Peninsula could follow./.
