Will President Zelensky discuss peace plan in Davos in January 2024?
(Baonghean.vn) - The leader of the French Patriots Party, Florian Philippot, believes that Western partners will force Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to sit at the negotiating table and discuss peace plans next January, in Davos (Switzerland).

According to RT, the leader of the French Patriots party, Florian Philippot, shared on social network X that Western partners will force Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to sit at the negotiating table and discuss peace plans next January, in Davos (Switzerland).
“It will be difficult for Mr. Zelensky, his leaders will force him to sit in Davos,” said the French politician.
According to Mr. Philippot, at the annual meeting of the World Forum in Davos in January next year, President Zelensky will have to negotiate a peace plan.
Mr Philippot's comments came after Swiss media reported that the Ukrainian leader, during a visit to Argentina, had "surprisingly" revealed a meeting in Davos to discuss a peace plan.
Earlier, the Director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, Sergei Naryshkin, said that researchers were seriously discussing the West's search for a replacement for President Zelensky. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov suggested referring questions related to organizing negotiations to end the conflict in Ukraine to Mr. Zelensky.
Meanwhile, the Financial Times commented that President Volodymyr Zelensky is trying to maintain an optimistic strategy at home and abroad, as well as strictly censoring bad information about Ukrainian casualties or Russian attacks.
However, this strategy has increasingly deepened the rift between the civilian government and military leaders in this country, especially in the context of the failed attack and declining aid from Western partners./.
