Heavy rain caused severe flooding on streets such as Duy Tan (Hung Phuc ward), Hong Bang, Ton That Tung, etc. Many sections of the road were flooded, making traffic difficult. Flooding caused motorbikes to be flooded, causing the engines to stall and forcing them to be pushed in the heavy rain. Some vehicles had to turn around to find a way to avoid the flood.
