The rapid response team operates according to an interdisciplinary coordination model between functional forces and specialized departments and offices of the city.

The main task of the team is to organize patrols, control, and handle violations of encroachment and re-encroachment on traffic safety, urban order, and environmental sanitation. Penalize cases of stopping and parking on sidewalks and roads in places not specified; leaving construction materials on traffic safety corridors and urban sidewalks; and draw up fines for violations.
The rapid response team is responsible for carrying out emergency tasks, even outside of working hours, to quickly and effectively handle violations of urban order, contributing to changes in urban civilization.
