The working group inspected 5 hospitals in Vinh City. The inspection process showed that 3 hospitals, namely Nghe An General Hospital, Hospital 115, and Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital, still had people occupying the sidewalk in front of the gate for business, trading, and gathering crowds, causing loss of urban beauty and environmental pollution.

After the peak day of the clearance campaign, the roads and sidewalks in front of hospitals in Vinh City have been cleared and returned to their original state. However, Vinh City has directed units to continue to assign forces to patrol, monitor, and strictly handle cases of encroachment in these areas.
