Vinh City handles a series of shops encroaching on sidewalks in front of hospital gates.

On November 2, the Traffic Police - Order Team,Vinh City PoliceCoordinated with the Urban Order and Rules Team, the forces of wards and communes launched a campaign to handle sidewalk encroachment in front of hospitals in Vinh City.

The working group inspected 5 hospitals in Vinh City. The inspection process showed that 3 hospitals, namely Nghe An General Hospital, Hospital 115, and Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, still had people occupying the sidewalks in front of the gates for business, trading, and gathering crowds, causing loss of urban beauty and environmental pollution.

After the peak day of the clearance campaign, the roads and sidewalks in front of hospitals in Vinh City have been cleared and returned to their original state. However, Vinh City has directed units to continue to assign forces to patrol, monitor, and strictly handle cases of encroachment in these areas.

In addition to handling violations of urban order, on November 2, the Vinh City Traffic Police Department also issued a ticket to 4 passenger cars for the violation of "Driving a vehicle to transport passengers under contract without a passenger list as prescribed" at Point h, Clause 5, Article 23, Decree 100. The total fine is 6.7 million VND.
