Some people who witnessed the incident said that at around 8:00 a.m. on May 17, a truck with license plate 37C-152.96 was traveling on Provincial Road 537B through Quynh Ba Commune, Quynh Luu District.

When the truck had just passed the straw pillars that people were drying on the side of the road, it encountered a garbage truck traveling in the opposite direction, so it suddenly swerved to the left to avoid it.

The strong steering, combined with the narrow road adjacent to the rice field, caused the car to derail and overturn on the edge of the field.

At the scene, the truck overturned, and its cargo of ceramic tiles was thrown into the field. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
