In 2016, the father of two children Nguyen Van Hoan (14 years old) and Nguyen Van Nhat (5 years old) in Nuoc Xanh hamlet, Giai Xuan commune passed away due to tuberculosis and 4 months later, their mother also passed away due to a serious illness.

Currently, the lives of the two children are facing many difficulties, especially the risk of having to drop out of school (Hoan is in 8th grade and Nhat, 5 years old, is in kindergarten).
