Giving gifts to poor families to celebrate Tet Mau Tuat

*Vietnam - Korea Industrial Technical Collegeand the People's Committee of Tho Son commune (Anh Son) have just handed over a house of gratitude to the poor household of Mrs. Lo Thi Thanh. Her family is in a particularly difficult situation, she is often sick and is raising her elderly mother alone. For many years, she has had to live in a cramped, dilapidated house that cannot be repaired.

Sharing that difficulty, Vietnam - Korea Industrial Technical College has allocated the unit's charity fund to support the family to build a house. After 2 months of construction, the level 4 house has an area of ​​60 m², with a total cost of 70 million VND, has been completed, of which Vietnam - Korea College supported 50 million VND, the remaining amount was supported by relatives and people in working days for construction.

The school also gave the commune People's Committee 200 sets of clothes for the commune to redistribute to the remaining poor families in the area and gave the commune Youth Union 30 T-shirts and 30 hats with the logo of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union printed on them.

It is known that in this 2018 Tet gift giving program, the school will give gifts to poor households in 23 mountainous communes of Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces and 600 poor students studying at the school, living far from home, with a total value of 700 million VND.
