At the ceremony, comrade Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented Decision No. 3566/QD-UBND dated August 7, 2017 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee appointing comrade Chu Anh Tuan - Head of Housing Management and Real Estate Market Department of the Department of Construction to hold the position of Deputy Director of Nghe An Department of Construction.
Attending the ceremony were members of the Provincial Party Committee: Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Vo Thi Minh Sinh, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, representatives of the Department of Home Affairs, and the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Public Security Sector. On the side of the Department of Construction, there was comrade Hoang Trong Kim - Director of the Department of Construction and representatives of the departments and offices of the Department of Construction. |
Speaking at the decision-giving ceremony, Vice Chairman Huynh Thanh Dien congratulated comrade Chu Anh Tuan on his appointment to the new position.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Thanh Dien emphasized that the state management of the Construction sector plays an important role in the development of the province. The Vice Chairman believes and hopes that in his new position, Comrade Chu Anh Tuan will continue to improve his capacity, strive to train more, promote his full potential together with the leadership team, cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Department of Construction to excellently complete the assigned tasks, contributing to the development of the Construction sector.

Speaking on receiving the assignment, comrade Chu Anh Tuan thanked the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee for their trust in assigning him the new responsibility. At the same time, he promised to work with the collective leadership, cadres, civil servants and employees of the Department of Construction to perform well the advisory function for the Provincial People's Committee in managing the fields of the Construction industry, and successfully complete the tasks entrusted to him by the provincial leaders.
