At around 7:30 a.m. on November 18, passersby saw a large amount of smoke coming from a room on the 7th floor of Vinh Plaza Hotel (Mai Hac De Street, Le Loi Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An) so they quickly reported it to the hotel staff.

The fire broke out in room 732 on the 7th floor of the hotel. At the time of the fire, the 3 guests who rented the room were not there.
Fortunately, the fire did not cause any human casualties. The cause is under investigation.
Also this morning, at around 05:49, Command Center 114 received a report of a house fire at 43 Nguyen Quoc Tri Street, Hung Phuc Ward, Vinh City.
