Implementing the Prime Minister's decision on personnel work

At the ceremony, Minister of Education and Training Phung Xuan Nha presented the Prime Minister's decision to transfer and appoint comrade Pham Ngoc Thuong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Son province for the 2016 - 2021 term to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Education and Training.

Speaking at the ceremony, Minister Phung Xuan Nha highly appreciated the enthusiasm of comrade Pham Ngoc Thuong when taking on the new assignment, and expressed his confidence that with his capacity and work experience, the new Deputy Minister will effectively lead and direct the implementation of assigned tasks, making many important contributions to the cause of fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training in the country.

The Minister requested that Deputy Ministers and leaders of units, especially those directly under the charge of Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong, closely cooperate, support, and effectively coordinate with the new Deputy Minister in the process of directing and organizing the implementation of the tasks of the Ministry of Education and Training.

In his speech accepting the assignment, the new Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong expressed that together with the Party Committee and the collective leadership of the Ministry of Education and Training, he will focus his intelligence, efforts and experience; promote the spirit of solidarity, responsibility and unity to lead, direct and operate all aspects of the Ministry's and the industry's activities comprehensively and effectively; and strive to successfully complete all tasks assigned by the Party, State and Government.

It is known that comrade Pham Ngoc Thuong was born in 1968, is a Doctor of Literature; has held the following positions: Principal of Lang Son Pedagogical College, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Lang Son province, Secretary of the Chi Lang District Party Committee - Lang Son province, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Son province, Deputy Secretary of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Son province./.
