It is known that in recent days, Vinh City residents have been practicing social distancing according to Directive 16. However, groups of young people have appeared on the streets riding motorbikes without helmets, weaving and swerving, causing public outrage. The subjects are mostly from areas neighboring Vinh City such as Nghi Loc, Cua Lo, and Hung Nguyen. Taking advantage of the school break due to the epidemic and the lack of family supervision, the young people created groups on social networks and then made appointments to gather in Vinh City, going in groups and running around during the epidemic season. The behavior of the subjects has caused great public outrage.

From April 5 to April 7, Vinh City Police investigated, prevented and handled 3 groups of teenagers with the above behaviors. Through these cases, it is necessary for families and local authorities to actively participate in educating and managing their children, especially in the current complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic, when students will have to stay home from school for a long time.
