Currently, the district is planning to support an additional 50 million VND to bring electricity to the fields to serve people's production. According to income statistics, revenue from producing spice vegetables is over 2 billion VND/year. |

According to the experience of households growing coriander, for the plant to grow well, in addition to preparing the soil, fertilizing, and ensuring water source, the most important step is to make a trellis to avoid the sun. |

Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung, who grows nearly 2 sao of herbs, happily said: Since switching to growing herbs, her family's income has increased. Each year, she earns over 70 million VND, even though this is a side job. |
 |
Currently, people grow herbs and spices mainly to sell to retail markets in and outside the district. Although the quantity of vegetables is small, they have high value. Currently, coriander is sold in the field for 300-400 VND/bunch, Vietnamese balm is 200 VND/bunch, and celery is 6,000 VND/bunch. Currently, these vegetables are sold by traders in the market for 2-3 times higher. |

Herbs are now present in most dishes such as eel porridge, vermicelli, pho. When preparing dishes, combining them with herbs will make the dish more attractive. |
