(Baonghean.vn) - The report of the competent authority said that in July 2023, the Public Administration Service Center received and processed 26,511 records, the number of records processed: 20,734 records, the rate of early processing reached 97.7%.

Of which, the total number of resolved records with the number of records carried over from the previous period: 5,085 records. The number of overdue resolved records: 480 records (2.3% rate).

The number of records received via online public services is: 8,692 records, a rate of 40.6%. Units with a large number of records received online include: Department of Industry and Trade (2,968/3,183, a rate of 93.2%); Department of Finance (40/48, a rate of 83.3%); Department of Planning and Investment (1,136/1,442, a rate of 78.7%); Provincial Police (86/109, a rate of 78.8%).

Mr. Nguyen Dinh My - Deputy Director of the Provincial Public Administration Center said: The number of records processed in the first 7 months of the year is large, including all procedures for both people and businesses. The number of public administrative procedures in Nghe An province currently announced here is 1,369 procedures.

Regarding the implementation of administrative procedures to improve the investment and business environment in the province, from June 14, 2023 to July 15, 2023 (reporting period), the total number of new records was 327 records,Results: 205 records,In which: the number of files with results returned on time is 205 files (100% on time rate).

The Department of Planning and Investment has 19 records; the Department of Construction has 25 records; the Department of Natural Resources and Environment has 10 records; the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board has 84 records; the Provincial Police (fire prevention and fighting) has 67 records.

The guidance of the departments and branches at the Public Administration Service Center for the records related to investment promotion and improvement of the business environment in the area ensures compliance with the regulations on procedures and basic requirements on content, and strictly follows the principle that each record is only guided once. The monitoring and urging of the record processing process for the presiding departments is carried out regularly and promptly. Therefore, the responsibility of the presiding departments in directing the processing of records and resolving administrative procedures for individuals and organizations has been enhanced.

The Center has coordinated with departments, branches and sectors with administrative procedures implemented at the Center to review and compile statistics on administrative procedures under its jurisdiction to digitize records, documents and results of administrative procedure settlement associated with the process of receiving and returning results of administrative procedure settlement at the Center. Up to now, 100% of administrative procedure records received at the Center have been digitized.

The Public Administration Service Center continues to advise the Provincial People's Committee to deploy tasks according to Plan No. 78/KH-UBND dated January 28, 2022 on implementing Decision No. 06/QD-TTg dated January 6, 2022 of the Prime Minister approving the Project on developing applications of data on population, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period of 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030 in Nghe An province.

Focusing on guiding the digitization of records and results of administrative procedure settlement; implementing standardization, connection, integration, and sharing of results of administrative procedure settlement, list of documents, and administrative procedure records on the National Public Service Portal; guiding people and businesses on the benefits of using online public services; actively applying information technology, digital transformation, and using digital data to contribute to creating efficiency in administrative procedure settlement, improving competitiveness, and creating new breakthroughs in the socio-economic development of the province.

Up to now, 100% of records have been processed electronically and made public on the Administrative Procedures Processing Information System of Nghe An province.
