From tomorrow night, the wind will change to the northeast in the mainland of the Northeastern provinces at level 2-3, and in coastal areas at level 3-4. From October 10, in the Northern provinces and Thanh Hoa, the weather will turn cold with the lowest temperature commonly ranging from 19-22 degrees Celsius. In the northern mountainous areas, some places will turn cold with the lowest temperature commonly ranging from 16-19 degrees Celsius.

From October 10-13, in the provinces from Nghe An to Binh Dinh, there will be rain, moderate rain, especially in the provinces of Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, there will be heavy rain (common rainfall 30-60mm/24 hours).
