The CCDI's announcement on September 23 stated that through the investigation process, the CCDI discovered that Mac Kien Thanh seriously violated political discipline and the spirit of the Party's eight regulations on practicing thrift and combating waste, accepting bribes to help others advance, and taking advantage of his position to help others.others make profits from business and seek benefits for others in return for large amounts of money and property.
According to the announcement, the CCDI concluded that although he was a senior official of the Communist Party of China, Mo Jiancheng had lost his political ideals and beliefs, seriously violated Party discipline and was suspected of violating the law.
Considering the nature and seriousness of the violation, it must be handled seriously.
The records of his violations will be transferred to the judicial authorities for handling according to the provisions of law.

Mac Kien Thanh, born in 1956, was transferred to MOF to hold the position of Head of the CCDI Resident Discipline Inspection Team and Party Committee member of the ministry since December 2015.
