The conference required better coordination between epidemic prevention and control work and socio-economic development, optimizing and adjusting epidemic prevention measures at border gates, actively promoting the orderly reopening of land border gates, closely coordinating to ensure smooth customs clearance at border gates, facilitating international economic and trade exchanges while maintaining the defense line against epidemic infiltration.

The conference also called for better coordination between supply-side structural reform and expanding domestic demand, improving market access, expanding imports of advanced technology, key equipment, energy resources, food, animal and plant products, food and cosmetics, etc., serving to ensure domestic supply and stabilize prices, creating effective demand through high-quality supply and promoting consumption upgrading.
The conference also called for better coordination between domestic and international circulation, deepening innovation and replication of customs supervision mechanisms in pilot free trade zones, vigorously promoting the high-quality development of integrated bonded zones, actively promoting high-quality development of customs cooperation along the “Belt and Road”, and better serving the construction of a new development model.
