Former Hoang Anh Gia Lai striker has an unexpected destination
Closing the first leg of V.League 2023/2024, Hoang Anh Gia Lai decided to return Jhon Cley to Hanoi Police Club because this player is no longer in the mountain town team's usage plan in the new season.
Despite scoring 11 goals in the previous season and contributing greatly to the 2023 V-League championship of the Public Security team, Jhon Cley was loaned to Hoang Anh Gia Lai when the 2023/2024 V.League passed the second round.

At Mr. Duc's team, the 29-year-old Brazilian striker could not integrate with the mountain town team when he only scored 1 goal in 7 matches and was returned to his home team.
Returning to Hanoi Police Club, Jhon Cley was not registered to play and had to "sit around and eat" in the second leg of V.League 2023/2024 and recently decided to leave Vietnam, joining Bekasi City Club, in Indonesia's Liga 2.
Jhon Cley is the third new player of the Indonesian team in this transfer period. Previously, the Indonesian team recruited Brazilian duo Renan Alves and Mosquito.
Marciel, born in 1995, is 1.94m tall and is valued at 350,000 Euros on Transfermarkt and plays as an attacking midfielder./.
